Highlights from the computational biology community in Berlin

Christina Kuhn represented the CERTAINTY project at the "Current Topics in Bioinformatics" conference held on June 17th. Her presentation on "Using Single-Cell Multi-Omics to Develop a Virtual Twin (VT) for Personalized Cancer Immunotherapy" was a highlight among many insightful contributions.

The annual conference, a cornerstone event for the Berlin-Brandenburg computational biology community, was enriched with a variety of posters and discussions. Its theme was “Advances in Single Cell- and Spatially Resolved Technologies” and it aimed at addressing the critical challenge of creating infrastructure for data integration in life sciences.

Organised in collaboration with HealthCapital Berlin-Brandenburg and Berlin Partner für Wirtschaft und Technologie GmbH, the event was a resounding success, fostering collaboration and showcasing cutting-edge science.
